Completed Initiatives
HeartStart Wellness Initiative
SIGMA Tactical Wellness: HeartStart+
Delivered personalized cardiovascular and metabolic evaluations to 88 law enforcement professionals in Blaine County.
Funding Delivered: $40,000
Modern Equipment Initiative
Equipped 42 Blaine County Sheriff’s Office deputies with new Glock 47s, Aimpoint ACROs, and Safariland Holsters.

Instructor Excellence Initiative
Provided cutting edge firearm instructor development and coaching to ten law enforcement trainers.
Funding Delivered: $6,000ARCON Training Room Initiative
Renovated the BCSO Arrest and Control (ARCON) Training room installing new wrestling mats, wall pads, storage containers, and paint. This facility is used by all agencies in Blaine County.

BCLE Academy Initiative
Purchased 10 sets of training handcuffs for cadets and provided branded polos to the instructors of the Blaine County Law Enforcement Academy.
Funding Delivered: $3,000BCSO Award & Ribbon Initiative
Established the BCSO award program creating a formal recognition system. The award program includes ribbons worn on the class A uniform for certification achievements and outstanding actions in the line of duty.
