Hosted at the world-renowned Elkhorn Golf Course in Sun Valley, ID, the BCLE Foundation 9/11 Memorial Golf Tournament will include 72 players across 18 teams. Our 18-hole scramble will have foursomes battling for bragging rights and a one-of-a-kind custom belt buckle.
Registration includes lunch, drink tickets, and 19th-hole hors d’oeuvres during the awards ceremony.
Every participant will also receive a donor appreciation bag to include a signature BCLE Foundation Peter Millar pullover and challenge coin.

The Prepared Protector Initiative
Law enforcement professionals spend their careers preparing for the unexpected. Yet many have not completed the legal documents that would protect their own families if tragedy or serious illness were to strike.
The Blaine County Law Enforcement Foundation is launching an initiative to provide professionally prepared advance directives, healthcare powers of attorney, and related planning documents for every law enforcement employee across Blaine County's five law enforcement agencies.
This is more than legal paperwork. It is a gift of certainty during life's most difficult moments. It ensures that spouses and loved ones are not left making impossible decisions without guidance, and that every officer's wishes are known and honored.

Strength Behind the Shield: Endowed Scholarship Initiative
Every law enforcement officer serves with someone standing beside them. While officers answer the call to protect our communities, their spouses often carry additional responsibilities at home, support demanding careers, and make sacrifices that go largely unseen.
By establishing the Strength Behind the Shield Endowment, we can invest in the education and professional growth of these remarkable spouses. Join us in creating opportunities that strengthen families, enrich our community, and honor the shared commitment to public service.
Together, we can build a lasting legacy that will continue supporting law enforcement families for generations.

Stronger Families Initiative
Last year, through the generosity of our donors, we sponsored 12 Blaine County law enforcement couples to attend the Stronger Families OXYGEN First Responder Couples Retreat, a nationally recognized program designed specifically for first responder families. During this immersive weekend, couples learn practical communication skills, gain a deeper understanding of the effects of cumulative trauma, strengthen conflict resolution, and develop strategies to build resilience together.
Our goal is to make this opportunity available every year by sponsoring 10 law enforcement couples annually. By investing in healthy marriages and resilient families, we are helping those who protect our community return home with stronger relationships, greater emotional wellness, and the tools to navigate the unique challenges of a career in law enforcement.
